Cessouma Minata Samete (African Union Commissioner for Health, Humanitarian Affairs, and Social Development) and Dr. Mosoka P. Fallah (Acting Director for the Science and Innovation Directorate at Africa CDC) will highlight how Africa’s contributions to global health are being shaped by Indigenous wisdom and modern technological tools. Professor Motlalepula Matsabisa (Professor of Pharmacology and Director – Research & Teaching, University of the Free State) and Peter Atadja, Landcent’s Chief Scientific Officer, will present ongoing research on how integrating traditional African medicinal knowledge with AI can accelerate medical discoveries and enhance global healthcare outcomes.
